“I was kind of worried staying here, especially with the deal that was going on but truly no regrets. Upon check in, they had multiple staff members available which is uncommon these days and they were nice. We booked a regular king suite and it was huge and spotless! They have an indoor/outdoor pool and jacuzzi available, they were huge. We did stay during the week so the restaurants were not operating at they do on the weekends but they still have a little “deli” available all night with some...

The bed had only a sheet with a throw cover on top. There was no blanket! The room was not properly cleaned and did not have any tissues. When I asked for some I...

“We bought the cancellation protection and ended up needing to cancel the last night of our stay. We had booked three rooms for our employees who were there doing a temporary job. We contacted Expedia about canceling the last night for the three rooms. They made several unsuccessful attempts to reach the hotel manager with no success and just said that unfortunately we could not be refunded. Very disappointing.”
